Track Order

Step 1: Check Your Email


After your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.


This email will also include a link to the courier’s tracking page.



Step 2: Use the Tracking Number


Click the tracking link or enter your tracking number on the courier’s website to see your order’s status.



Step 3: Shipping Times


Standard delivery usually takes 10–14 business days depending on your location.


Please note delays may happen due to customs, holidays, or courier issues.



Step 4: Lost or Damaged Packages


If your package is lost or damaged, email us at hello@dewmusebeauty.store within 7 days of delivery.


We’ll help resolve the issue with the courier or arrange a replacement/refund if possible.
