1. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 10–14 business days, depending on your location. We’ll send a tracking number once your order ships.
2. Can I return my order?
Some items are final sale due to supplier restrictions. For damaged or wrong items, email hello@dewmusebeauty.store within 7 days with a photo, and we’ll help.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to select countries. Check shipping at checkout for your location.
4. How can I track my order?
Use the tracking link sent in your shipping confirmation email or enter your tracking number on the courier’s site.
5. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Email hello@dewmusebeauty.store as soon as possible to request cancellation.
