Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days at hello@dewmusebeauty.store with a photo of the issue.
We’ll either send a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund.
Final Sale Items
Some products are non-returnable because our supplier doesn’t accept returns.
These items cannot be returned or exchanged, so please check product details carefully before purchasing.
